The Coffee Lab
Kafiex Coffee Lab is the original home of Kafiex Roasters and our first location, nestled in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Washington, right beside the Vancouver Farmers Market. This space reflects the spirit of our company in a more intimate and educational way, offering award-winning coffee, fresh pastries, and a wide selection of retail beans for every kind of coffee drinker. Our baristas are always happy to talk through brewing methods, answer questions, and help guests find the perfect coffee to enjoy at home. Outside, patio seating offers a relaxed place to enjoy the park views with your drink in hand and your four-legged friend by your side.
Gastro Cafe
Kafiex Gastro Café is a waterfront coffee destination in Vancouver, Washington, built around one of the most ambitious coffee programs in the region. Guests are welcomed by the sounds of international music, including a strong presence of Spanish-speaking artists, and a 23-foot mural inspired by a Mexican coffee farm, created by artist Nikki Cade. Our slow bar is a centerpiece of the space, featuring the largest siphon bar in the Pacific Northwest and around eight pour over offerings at any given time. The menu ranges from comforting, familiar coffees to exotic and rare selections, including Cup of Excellence winners, experimental processes, and competition lots that we have even used on the U.S. Barista Championship stage. Our espresso bar also reflects our Latin roots, with house-made chocolate sauce, Mexican caramel, and seasonal drinks that highlight local ingredients while drawing inspiration from flavors around the world.
