Our head roaster, Matthew Selivanow, is a certified Q-Arabica Grader and two-time 4th place finalist at the U.S. Coffee Roasting Championships (2024 & 2025). Every coffee we roast is cupped weekly to ensure quality, consistency, and a clean flavor profile your customers will love.

Wholesale FAQ
What are your minimums?
Most partners start with one 5 lb bag per coffee and a 20 lb weekly baseline. We’ll match to your volume and growth plan.
How fast do you ship or deliver product?
We roast weekly and typically ship next day after roasting or deliver within 1–2 business days of roast. Local pickup at the The Roastery HQ is available.
Do you offer training?
Yes. We provide roasting and barista training, dialing-in support, and QC guidance for espresso and brew bar
What sizes do you offer?
5 lb bags for wholesale. Retail-ready 10 oz available upon request for cafés and markets.
Do you service Portland, OR?
Absolutely. We’re just across the river and support partners throughout the Vancouver–Portland area and nationwide.
