At Kafiex Roasters, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and your satisfaction.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns—please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kafiex.com, and we’ll make it right.
For non-coffee merchandise (like gear or accessories), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
