Discover the exceptional flavors of Guatemala with our AAPICUC coffee, sourced from the Association of Coffee Farmers of the Cantinil Union. Formed in 2018, AAPICUC brings together many small producers from the picturesque region of Unión Cantinil in Huehuetenango. This association is dedicated to sustainable practices and is certified Organic and Fair Trade, reflecting their commitment to both the environment and their community.

Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,200 - 2,000 meters above sea level, the coffee from AAPICUC benefits from the rich, fertile soil and ideal climate of the region. The varietals cultivated include Catuaí, Caturra, and Bourbon, each contributing to the unique profile of this exceptional micro lot.

This particular micro lot is a washed processed blend of Catuaí, Caturra, and Bourbon, meticulously crafted to bring out the best in each varietal. The result is a coffee that delights the palate with its rich chocolate notes and decadent roasted hazelnut flavor. Sweet and well-rounded with a long, satisfying aftertaste, this coffee is perfect for those who appreciate a luxurious and flavorful cup.
