Guji Hambela
From the lush highlands of West Guji, Ethiopia, comes a coffee as vibrant and dynamic as its origin. Produced by smallholder farmers in the Buku Abel village and processed at the Buku washing station, this coffee represents the pinnacle of high-altitude cultivation at an impressive 2,350 meters above sea level.
The local varieties are handpicked and meticulously sorted before undergoing natural processing on raised beds. The result is a coffee bursting with complex flavors of Blueberry Muffin, Dried Fruit, and Floral, offering a rich and fruity cup that lingers on the palate.
