Sourced from La Bendición Farm in Palencia, Guatemala, this micro-lot Natural Catisic is a true representation of the region’s rich terroir and meticulous coffee cultivation. Owned by Jose Gomez and his son since 1997, the farm has been producing exceptional coffees for decades, with Jose Alfredo Junior taking over operations in 2000.

Located in Aldea San Guayaba, Palencia, about 33 miles east of Guatemala City, La Bendición sits at an elevation of 5,400 to 6,200 feet above sea level. The farm spans 32 hectares and produces approximately 280 bags of coffee per year, focusing on Pache San Ramón and Catisic varietals with washed and natural processing methods.

This Natural Catisic micro-lot offers a fruity and juicy cup with a dense body and long aftertaste. Expect rich notes of chocolate, cherries, and red fruits, making for a well-balanced and deeply satisfying experience.
